Dr. Cassi Fields received her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the George Washington University in 1989. Dr. Fields owned and managed Fields Consulting Group, a public safety testing company from 1993 – 2017. She managed this multi-million-dollar corporation for almost 30 years and then sold her company in 2017. Now Dr. Fields is the Division Manager for Public Safety Human Capital for AP Triton.
Dr. Fields’ main areas of expertise include public safety selection and promotional testing, executive recruitment and selection, expert witness testimony, supervisory and leadership training, performance management and organizational analysis, and all other areas of public safety personnel management.
Dr. Fields has served on multiple boards including but not limited to the Personnel Testing Council of Washington D.C., as President, Vice President and Treasurer. She served on the International Association of Chief of Police Diversity Council, the Virginia Public Safety Loss in the Line of Duty Board and she coaches Fire and Police Chiefs to this day.
